This antibody has specificity for Human SerpinB4.
Target Information
SERPINB4, also known as squamous cell carcinoma antigen 2 (SCCA-2) or leupin, directly inhibits human granzyme proteolytic activity. Overexpression of SERPINB4 in HeLa cells inhibits recombinant granzyme-induced as well as NK cell-mediated cell death.
