Target Information
Draxin은 척수 및 전뇌 교련의 발달에 필요한 화학적 반발성 축삭 유도 단백질입니다. 발달 중 교련성 축삭의 화학적 반발 유도 단백질로 작용하며, 등쪽 척수에서 신경돌기 성장(neurite outgrowth)을 억제하거나 유도할 수 있습니다. 또한 LRP6과의 상호작용을 통해 세포질 베타카테닌(CTNNB1)의 안정화를 억제하여 Wnt 신호 경로의 길항제로 작용합니다.
