DNA polymerase delta and epsilon are multisubunit enzymes; DNA polymerase delta includes subunits interacting with PCNA.
POLD3 (DNA polymerase delta 3, also known as p66) is a 466 amino acid nuclear protein critical for DNA polymerase delta function.
