Target Information

Anti-Chicken secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for chicken immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of chicken antibodies.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
They are typically produced by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to generate highly specific reagents.
