Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits, followed by screening to select optimal clones for production.

Target Information
The CD166 (ALCAM) gene encodes activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule, a member of the immunoglobulin receptor subfamily with five immunoglobulin-like domains (VVC2C2C2) in the extracellular region. It binds to T-cell differentiation antigen CD6 and is involved in cell adhesion and migration processes. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
