Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
FADD is an adaptor molecule that mediates apoptotic signals via interactions with cell surface receptors such as TNFRSF6/Fas, TNFRSF25, and TNFSF10/TRAIL.
It recruits caspase-8 through its N-terminal effector domain, activating the cysteine protease cascade.
Knockout studies in mice indicate its essential role in early T cell development.
