Antibody detects endogenous levels of EZH2 only when phosphorylated at S475.
Target Information
EZH2 (Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase) belongs to the Polycomb-group (PcG) family. PcG proteins form multimeric complexes that maintain transcriptional repression across cell generations. EZH2 interacts with embryonic ectoderm development protein, VAV1 oncoprotein, and X-linked nuclear protein. It may play roles in hematopoietic and central nervous systems. Mutations in EZH2 are associated with Weaver syndrome (WVS).
