Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Sorting nexin (SNX) proteins are hydrophilic PX domain-containing proteins that interact with various receptor types. They are broadly expressed, with tissue-specific mRNA distribution. SNXs bind specific phospholipids and form protein-protein complexes, playing roles in membrane trafficking, protein sorting, endosomal recycling, and internalization. Despite their hydrophilic nature, SNXs associate partially with cellular membranes. SNX8 is an ortholog of a yeast protein.
