Product Specific Information

The M5/114.15.2 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse MHC class II molecules (I-A and I-E subregion glycoproteins). It detects polymorphic determinants on B cells, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and activated T lymphocytes from specific mouse haplotypes (H-2 b, d, q, p, r, u).

Each product includes:

• 1 vial of NovaFluor conjugate
• 1 vial of CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Mouse splenocytes (≤0.4 µg/test)

Note:
NovaFluor dyes are not compatible with DNA intercalating viability dyes (e.g., propidium iodide, 7-AAD, DAPI). Use Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains instead.

CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer Usage:

• Add 5 µL per sample to antibody cocktails before mixing with cells.
• For single-color controls: 5 µL per 100 µL cell sample (10³–10⁸ cells).
