Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments with carrier-free antibody, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FIGF gene encodes a protein belonging to the PDGF/VEGF family, involved in angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, and endothelial cell growth.
This secreted protein undergoes complex proteolytic maturation, generating multiple processed forms that bind and activate VEGFR-2 and VEGFR-3 receptors.
It is structurally and functionally similar to vascular endothelial growth factor C.
