Target Information
CASC5 단백질은 유사분열 동안 두 가지 중요한 기능을 수행합니다. 방추체 조립 점검 신호 전달과 염색체 정렬에 필수적입니다. 키네토코어를 방추체 미세소관에 부착시키는 데 필요하며, BUB1 및 BUB1B를 키네토코어에 직접 연결합니다. MIS12 복합체의 일부로서, 키네토코어 형성과 염색체의 올바른 분리 과정에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 CENPK와 협력하여 NDC80 복합체를 외부 키네토코어로 모집합니다.
