면역원은 혈장에서 정제된 Human Factor VII (AD-1)입니다.
Target Information
Coagulation factor VII은 혈액 응고에 필수적인 비타민 K 의존성 인자입니다. 혈중에서 비활성 전구체(zymogen) 형태로 존재하며, factor IXa, Xa, XIIa 또는 thrombin에 의해 활성화됩니다. 활성화된 Factor VII은 무거운 사슬(촉매 도메인 포함)과 가벼운 사슬(EGF 유사 도메인 2개 포함)로 구성되며, 이들은 이황화 결합으로 연결됩니다. Factor III 및 칼슘 이온 존재 하에서 활성형 Factor VII은 Factor IX를 IXa로, Factor X를 Xa로 전환시켜 응고 연쇄 반응을 촉진합니다. F7 생성 결함은 응고 장애를 유발할 수 있습니다.
