Target Information
Platelet factor 4(PF4)는 활성화된 혈소판의 알파 과립에서 방출되는 70개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 헤파린에 높은 친화도를 가지며, 혈관 내피 표면의 헤파린 유사 분자를 중화하여 antithrombin III 활성을 억제하고 응고를 촉진합니다.
또한 PF4는 호중구와 섬유아세포에 대한 강력한 화학주성 인자로 작용하여 염증 및 상처 치유 과정에 관여합니다 (Eisman et al., 1990).
