MA5-17640 항체는 Platelet Factor 4 (PF4)를 ELISA와 Western blot에서 검출하며, Human 시료에 반응성을 보입니다.
Immunogen은 thrombin으로 활성화된 혈소판 상층액에서 정제된 Human Factor IV입니다.
Target Information
Platelet factor 4 (PF4)는 활성화된 혈소판의 알파 과립에서 방출되는 70개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질입니다.
PF4는 heparin에 높은 친화력을 가지며, 혈관 내피 표면의 heparin 유사 분자를 중화하여 antithrombin III 활성을 억제하고 응고를 촉진합니다.
또한 PF4는 neutrophil 및 fibroblast에 대한 강력한 화학유인물질로, 염증 및 상처 치유 과정에서 역할을 합니다 (Eisman et al., 1990).
