For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Monoglyceride lipase (MGLL) functions together with hormone-sensitive lipase to hydrolyze intracellular triglyceride stores in adipocytes and other cells, releasing fatty acids and glycerol. MGLL may also complement lipoprotein lipase in hydrolyzing monoglycerides from degraded lipoprotein triglycerides.
