Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CDK2/cyclinO is a member of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase family complexed to CyclinO. CyclinO is a specific protein isoform name for the UNG gene localized exclusively in the nucleus and exhibits uracil-DNA glycosylase activity.
CDK2/cyclinO protein levels increase during the G1 phase and are turned over during the cell cycle. Cyclin A-CDK2 levels peak at the G1/S transition and are associated with DNA during replication initiation. Rb protein acts as a substrate for CDK2-cyclin E and/or CDK2-cyclin A in vivo. CDK2 is activated and localized to the nucleus during late G1, S, and G2 phases.
