Target Information
Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP)는 Ena-VASP 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, EHV1 N-terminal 도메인을 통해 E/DFPPPPXD/E 모티프를 포함한 단백질과 결합하여 focal adhesion에 위치합니다. 중간 영역의 proline-rich 도메인은 SH3 및 WW 도메인을 포함한 단백질과 결합하며, C-terminal EVH2 도메인은 tetramerization을 매개하고 G 및 F actin에 결합합니다.
VASP는 세포 부착 및 이동성에 중요한 filamentous actin 형성과 관련되어 있으며, integrin-extracellular matrix 상호작용을 조절하는 세포 내 신호전달 경로에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
VASP는 PKA 및 PKG에 의해 조절됩니다.
