- 재구성 시, 멸균 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
- Conjugation 실험용으로 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것을 권장합니다.

RASSF8 유전자는 Ras-association domain family (RASSF)에 속하는 종양 억제 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 유전자는 상피세포의 부착연접 기능 유지에 필수적이며, 세포 이동에 관여합니다. 폐 종양 억제 유전자 후보로 알려져 있으며, 염색체 전위 t(12;22)(p11.2;q13.3)에 의해 FBLN1 유전자와의 융합이 보고되었습니다. 다양한 전사체 변이체가 존재합니다.
