Target Information

Cytokines signaling through Class II receptors form a distinct family including interferons and interleukin 10 (IL-10). Several IL-10 homologs such as AK155, IL-19, IL-20, IL-22, and IL-24 define a cytokine subfamily. IL-20, a member of the IL-10 family, is involved in skin inflammation and hematopoietic cell development. These cytokines display pro-inflammatory activities in various tissues, including skin.
