Target Information
이 유전자는 DEAH box polypeptide family의 구성원입니다. 해당 단백질은 DEAH (Asp-Glu-Ala-His) 모티프를 포함하며, ATP 의존성 RNA helicase로서 spliceosome에서 spliced mRNA가 방출되는 과정을 조절합니다. 또한 HIV-1 복제에 필요할 수 있으며, 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사 변형체를 생성합니다.
