Target Information
AMOT (Angiomotin)은 angiostatin 결합 단백질 계열인 motin family에 속하며, 보존된 coiled-coil 도메인과 C-terminal PDZ 결합 모티프를 특징으로 합니다. AMOT는 ARHGAP17과 복합체를 형성하여 tight junction 유지에 중요한 역할을 하며, polarity protein의 흡수를 조절합니다. 주로 태반의 모세혈관 및 대혈관 내피세포에서 발현되며, angiostatin의 억제 효과를 매개하여 혈관 신생 과정에서 내피세포의 이동과 관 형성을 조절할 수 있습니다.
