Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis:
Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Bovine, Dog, Bat, Pig (100%); Hamster, Elephant, Rabbit (94%); Opossum (88%).
For IHC(P), use heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer.
After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

- CXC: Two cysteines separated by one amino acid
- CC: Two cysteines adjacent
CCR10 is the receptor for CCL27; CCR10-CCL27 interactions are involved in T cell-mediated skin inflammation.
