For IHC(P), use heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer.
After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

• CXC: Two cysteines separated by one amino acid
• CC: Two cysteines adjacent

CCR10 is the receptor for CCL27; CCR10-CCL27 interactions are involved in T cell-mediated skin inflammation.
