Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and specifically recognize rabbit immunoglobulins. These antibodies are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit IgG. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and can amplify signals as multiple secondary antibodies bind to a single primary antibody. Typically, they are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled rabbit immunoglobulins and further purified or modified through immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, or label conjugation.
