CD205 (LY75, Lymphocyte Antigen 75)는 항원 섭취, 수송 및 제시에 관여하는 막 단백질로, 항원 특이적 T 세포 면역 유도를 향상시킵니다. CD205는 CD8+ 수지상세포(DCs)에 높게 발현되며, 골수 Gr1+ 세포, 랑게르한스 세포, 골수 유래 DCs(BMDC), 흉선 상피세포 등에서도 다양한 수준으로 발현됩니다. CD205는 포획된 항원을 특수한 항원 처리 영역으로 유도하는 엔도사이토시스 수용체 역할을 하며, B 림프구 증식을 감소시키는 기능도 있습니다. CD205 이상은 폐 페스트 및 지질 폐렴과 관련될 수 있습니다.
