Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
- Ships as lyophilized powder at room temperature. Store at -20°C upon arrival.
- Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
- For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
- Centrifuge antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).
Target Information
MAGI2/AIP1 acts as a scaffold molecule at synaptic junctions, assembling neurotransmitter receptors and cell adhesion proteins.
It may regulate activin-mediated signaling in neuronal cells and enhance PTEN-mediated AKT1 suppression.
Also involved in NGF-induced recruitment of RAPGEF2 to late endosomes and neurite outgrowth.
