- 보관 전 4°C에서 보관하며, 장기 보관 시 분주 후 -20°C 이하에서 냉동 보관 권장
- 동결 및 해동 반복은 피해야 함
- 실온에서 방치 후 불투명한 경우 원심분리 권장
- 4°C에서 수 주간 안정하며, 사용 직전에만 희석하여 사용

정제 과정에는 탈지, 염 분획, 이온 교환 크로마토그래피 및 완충액에 대한 광범위한 투석이 포함됩니다.
면역전기영동 분석에서 anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, 그리고 정제된 Ribonuclease A (Bovine Pancreas)에 대해 단일 침전 아크를 형성하였습니다.
다른 조직 및 종의 Ribonuclease A에 대한 교차 반응성은 발생할 수 있으나, 구체적으로 확인되지 않았습니다.
