Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW) depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For long-term storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 × g, 5 min).

The Vasoactive Intestinal Polypeptide Receptor 1 (VPAC1) belongs to a family of three G-protein coupled receptors mediating VIP (vasoactive intestinal peptide) and PACAP (pituitary adenylate cyclase activating peptide) functions in various tissues.
VPAC1 and VPAC2 together form a subtype of the VIP receptor.
Expression of VIP and PACAP receptors has been associated with human tumors.
