• Reconstitution:
  Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW) depending on the sample size.
  The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
  The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C, protected from light, for up to 1 week.
  For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
  Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

EPHA3 belongs to the ephrin receptor subfamily of the protein tyrosine kinase family.
EPH and EPH-related receptors play roles in developmental processes, particularly in the nervous system.
EPHA3 encodes a protein that binds ephrin-A ligands.
Receptors in the EPH subfamily typically have a single kinase domain and an extracellular region containing a cysteine-rich domain and two fibronectin type III repeats.
Ephrin receptors are divided into two groups based on extracellular domain sequence similarity and ligand binding affinities.
EPHA3 binds ephrin-A ligands.
