Product Specific Information

The MU5UBEE monoclonal antibody reacts with human and non-human primate CD185 (CXCR5).
CD185 is a seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor expressed on B cells, CD4+ T cells, and memory T cells. It plays a critical role in lymphocyte trafficking, especially T cell migration into B cell follicles in germinal centers via CXCL13.

This antibody cross-reacts with Rhesus macaque.
Each product contains 1 vial of NovaFluor conjugate and 1 vial of CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Pre-titrated; use at 5 µL (0.125 µg) per test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).

Compatibility Notes:
NovaFluor dyes are not compatible with DNA intercalating viability dyes (e.g., propidium iodide, 7-AAD, DAPI).
Use Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains for optimal results.

CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer:
Required for optimal staining with NovaFluor conjugates.
Add 5 µL per sample (regardless of number of NovaFluors).
For single-color controls, use 5 µL per 100 µL cell sample (10³–10⁸ cells).

NovaFluor conjugates utilize Phiton™ technology with engineered fluorescent signatures minimizing spillover and spread.
