Target Information
TRAK1은 엔도좀-리소좀 수송 조절에 관여하며, EGF-EGFR 복합체 및 GABA-A 수용체의 엔도사이토시스 경로에 영향을 미칩니다.
또한 미토콘드리아의 이동성을 조절하며, O-당화 시 미토콘드리아 이동이 억제됩니다.
TRAK1은 RHOT와 함께 KIF5에 미토콘드리아를 연결하여 경쇄 비의존적 전향 수송을 수행하는 단백질 복합체를 형성합니다.
OGT를 신경 세포 돌기의 미토콘드리아 표면으로 모집하는 데 필수적입니다.
