Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve an antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The NR1I3 gene encodes a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily and is a key regulator of xenobiotic and endobiotic metabolism.
This protein binds DNA as a monomer or heterodimer with the retinoid X receptor, regulating transcription of genes involved in drug metabolism and bilirubin clearance (e.g., cytochrome P450 family).
Unlike most nuclear receptors, this transcriptional regulator is constitutively active in the absence of ligand but can be modulated by agonists and inverse agonists.
