WBP1L (OPAL1, outcome predictor in acute leukemia 1)는 주로 거핵세포와 혈소판에서 발현되는 거의 특성화되지 않은 막적응 단백질입니다. TEL/AML 백혈병 세포에서 발현이 증가하며, cytochrome c 유사 heme 결합 부위와 막관통 도메인을 가지고 있어 미토콘드리아 전자전달계 관련 가능성이 제시되었습니다. 초기 보고된 예후 관련성은 치료 방식에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
