Target Information
ZFX는 Kruppel C2H2-type zinc-finger 단백질 가족에 속하는 전사 인자입니다. 전체 길이 단백질은 산성 전사 활성화 도메인(AD), 핵 내 위치 신호(NLS), 그리고 13개의 C2H2-type zinc finger로 구성된 DNA 결합 도메인(DBD)을 포함합니다. 생쥐 배아 및 성체 조혈 줄기세포 연구에서 이 유전자가 줄기세포의 자가 재생에 필수적인 전사 조절자로 작용함을 보여주었으며, 자손 세포의 성장과 분화에는 필요하지 않았습니다.
