Target Information
Paxillin은 focal adhesion 단백질로, src, FAK, p210BRC/ABL 등의 여러 tyrosine kinase의 기질로 작용합니다.
세포 간 접착 상태 변화에 따라 paxillin의 tyrosine 인산화가 영향을 받습니다.
Paxillin은 FAK 및 Crk와 SH2 도메인을 통해 강하게 결합하며, 이는 세포외 기질과는 무관한 상호작용입니다.
초기에 fibroblast에서 발견되었으나, 신경돌기(neurite) 형성과 분화 과정에서도 인산화가 중요한 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
