For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Cytokine receptor signaling is negatively regulated by the SOCS (Suppressor of Cytokine Signaling) family, which includes SOCS-1 through SOCS-7 and CIS.
SOCS proteins consist of an N-terminal variable region, a central SH2 domain, and a C-terminal SOCS box motif.
They function as part of a negative feedback loop controlling cytokine signal transduction via STAT-induced transcriptional mechanisms.
SOCS gene transcription is rapidly induced by cytokines, and different SOCS members inhibit signaling through distinct mechanisms.
