Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity observed with recombinant human NALP1 (aa 1–323, 1331–1429), NALP2 (aa 1–208), NALP3 (aa 3–223, 540–689), NALP5 (aa 469–635), NOD1 (aa 830–953), or NOD2 (aa 230–450).
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
Target Information
NALP 단백질은 세포질 내에 존재하며, CATERPILLER 단백질 패밀리의 하위군으로 세포 증식과 생식에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
NALP10은 C-말단의 leucine-rich repeat (LRR) 영역, N-말단의 Pyrin domain (PYD), NACHT 및 NACHT-associated domain을 포함하고 있습니다.
초기에는 PYNOD로 명명되었으며, Apaf-1과 유사한 단백질로 ASC, caspase-1 및 IL-1β에 결합하여 caspase-1의 자동 처리 및 ASC 응집을 억제합니다.
따라서 NALP10은 세포자멸사와 염증 조절의 중요한 조절 인자로 작용합니다.
