Target Information
GRK1은 G 단백질 연결 수용체 키나아제(GRK) 하위군에 속하는 Ser/Thr 단백질 키나아제입니다. GRK1은 시각 색소 로돕신을 인산화하여 막대세포의 빛에 대한 빠른 탈감작을 매개합니다. GRK1의 결함은 Oguchi disease 2(정지성 야맹증)와 관련이 있습니다. 또한 GRK1은 PKA에 의해 인산화될 수 있으며, 이는 로돕신 인산화 능력을 감소시킵니다. 이러한 인산화는 암실 상태에서 cAMP 수준이 높을 때 발생하는 것으로 추정됩니다.
