Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RIPK3 is a member of the receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases, possessing a unique C-terminal domain distinct from other RIP family members. It is mainly localized in the cytoplasm and mitochondria, capable of nucleocytoplasmic shuttling via nuclear localization and export signals.
RIPK3 participates in the TNF receptor-I signaling complex, can induce apoptosis, and weakly activates the NF-κB transcription factor. Caspase-8 prevents RIPK3-dependent necrosis by forming a proteolytically active complex with CFLAR, essential for its protective function.
