Target Information
RIPK3는 serine/threonine protein kinase 계열인 RIP 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, 다른 RIP 단백질과 구별되는 C-말단 도메인을 포함합니다. 주로 세포질에 존재하며, 미토콘드리아 내에서 공위치하며 핵-세포질 간 셔틀링이 가능합니다. RIPK3는 TNF receptor-I signaling complex의 구성 요소로서 apoptosis를 유도하고 NF-kappaB를 약하게 활성화할 수 있습니다. 또한 caspase-8은 RIPK3 의존적 괴사를 억제하며, CFLAR과의 복합체를 통해 보호 기능을 수행합니다.
