Target Information
6x His tag는 6개의 연속된 히스티딘 잔기로 구성된 합성 올리고 펩타이드입니다. His tag는 재조합 단백질의 N 또는 C 말단에 부착되어 금속 친화 크로마토그래피(IMAC)를 통한 단백질 정제에 사용됩니다. 에피토프 태깅(epitope tagging)은 알려진 에피토프를 재조합 단백질에 융합하여 항체가 없는 단백질도 검출할 수 있게 하는 기술입니다. His 태그 단백질은 히스티딘 잔기의 금속 결합 특성을 이용해 Ni²⁺-NTA 흡착제를 통한 선택적 정제에 활용됩니다. His tag 특이적 항체는 태그된 단백질의 검출 및 면역침전(co-immunoprecipitation)에 유용합니다.
