Aspartylglucosaminidase (AGA)는 당단백질의 N-결합 올리고당 분해 과정에 관여합니다. 이 효소는 라이소좀 내에서 당단백질 분해의 마지막 단계 중 하나로, 아스파라긴을 N-아세틸글루코사민으로부터 절단합니다. AGA 효소 결핍은 라이소좀 저장 질환인 Aspartylglycosaminuria를 유발합니다. 또한 대체 스플라이싱된 전사체 변이형이 보고되었습니다.
