This antibody detects endogenous levels of HER2/ErbB2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr1023.
Target Information
ErbB2 (HER2) is a receptor tyrosine kinase overexpressed in certain breast tumors. Herceptin, used for metastatic Her2-positive cancer treatment, is a monoclonal antibody targeting this kinase.
