Target Information
이 유전자는 헤르페스 심플렉스 바이러스 단백질 VP16과 상호작용하는 두 단백질 중 하나를 암호화합니다. 두 단백질 모두 β-propeller 도메인을 통해 VP16과 상호작용하지만, 원래의 Herpes host cell factor만이 바이러스 감염을 유도할 수 있습니다. 대체 polyadenylation 신호로 인해 다양한 길이의 전사체가 보고되었습니다.
