Glycophorin C (GYPC)는 적혈구 막에 존재하는 막관통 당단백질로, 적혈구의 기계적 안정성 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Gerbich 및 Yus 표현형은 각각 exon 3과 2의 결실에 의해 발생하며, Webb 및 Duch 항원(또는 glycophorin D)은 단일 점 돌연변이에 의해 형성됩니다.
Glycophorin C는 Glycophorin A 및 B와는 매우 낮은 상동성을 가집니다.
