Target Information
T-bet (TBX21)은 T 세포 특이적 전사 인자로서 단일 T-box DNA 결합 도메인을 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 Th1 사이토카인인 인터페론-감마의 발현을 조절하며, Th1 및 Th17 세포는 면역 조절과 자가면역 질환 발달에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
T-bet은 미분화 Th 전구세포로부터 Th1 계통 발달을 유도하고, Th1과 Th17 세포 분화를 조절합니다. 또한 Stat4와 협력하여 Th1 유전자 발현을 위한 염색질 구조를 프로그램화합니다.
유전적 변이는 아스피린 유도 천식 및 비강 폴립 감수성과 관련이 있습니다.
