제품 번호 31628은 Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, FACS 등 다양한 응용에 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
본 항체는 human IgG의 F(ab`)2/Fab 부분 및 기타 human immunoglobulin의 light chain과 반응하지만, human IgG의 Fc 부분 또는 비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질과는 반응하지 않습니다.
Mouse serum protein에 대한 교차 반응성은 최소화되어 있으나, 다른 종의 immunoglobulin과는 교차 반응할 수 있습니다.
제품은 빛을 피하여 4°C에서 보관하십시오.
장기 보관 시 glycerol을 동량 첨가하여 최종 50% glycerol 농도로 만들고 -20°C에서 보관하면 안정성이 향상됩니다.
