• Concentration may vary slightly from lot to lot; refer to datasheet for exact value.
• Product #31579 is suitable for Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
• Reacts with heavy chains of rabbit IgG and light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins; may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
• Store protected from light at 4°C. For extended storage, add equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and keep at -20°C.
• Fluorescein Amax = 492 nm; Emax = 520 nm.
• Fluorophore/Protein ratio: 10.3 µg/mg; ~2.5 moles FITC per mole F(ab`)2 (lot-dependent).
• Reconstitute with 0.75 mL distilled water (final 1.5 mg/mL).
