Product Specific Information
The rat IgG2b kappa monoclonal antibody is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
This eB149/10H5 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis and tested on mouse splenocytes and normal human peripheral blood cells.
Brilliant Violet™ 605 (BV605) is a tandem dye emitting at 605 nm, designed for cytometers equipped with a violet (405 nm) laser. Ensure your instrument supports this fluorochrome.
When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (Super Bright, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401-42) or Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (Product # 00-4409-75) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.
Light sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light.
Fixation: Samples can be stored up to 3 days at 4°C in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333-54) with minimal impact on brightness and FRET efficiency.
Compatibility: BV605 is not compatible with methanol-based fixation.
