Target Information

TRAC-1은 N-terminal RING-type zinc finger domain을 포함하는 232 아미노산 단백질로, T-cell receptor 신호 경로에서 양성 조절자로 작용하여 T-cell 활성화를 유도합니다. 표적 단백질의 유비퀴틴화 및 프로테아좀 분해를 매개하며, 골수, 비장, 흉선 등 림프조직과 기타 조직에서 발현됩니다. 특히 CD4+ 및 CD8+ T-cell에서 주로 발현되어 T-cell 특이적 단백질로 알려져 있습니다.
