Target Information
MARCH8 (c-MIR)은 E3 유비퀴틴 리가아제로, modulator of immune recognition (MIR) 패밀리에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 RING-CH 도메인을 가지며, KSHV MIR1 및 MIR2와 구조적·기능적으로 유사합니다.
MARCH8은 B7-2 단백질을 리소좀 분해 경로로 유도하여 세포 표면 발현을 감소시키며, 트랜스페린 수용체 및 Fas 발현도 억제합니다.
또한 MARCH8은 MHC II 발현을 억제할 수 있는 최초의 E3 유비퀴틴 리가아제로 보고되었으며, MHC-II 및 CD86의 유비퀴틴화를 촉진하여 내포 및 리소좀 분해를 유도함으로써 면역 반응 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
